If you do not make a reservation at 50%, you will be charged a facility usage fee of 4400 yen.

There is no special preparation for 0 to 2 years old, but you can use it free of charge.
If you wish to add more, please order a futon of 2,200 yen, breakfast of 1,100 yen, a kids meal plate of 2,200 yen, and udon noodles of 880 yen for dinner.

Dinner will be served from 18:00 to 19:00.
We are very sorry, but due to the guidance of the public health center, we cannot serve dinner after 20:00.

If you do not need or can not use breakfast due to an early departure or change in breakfast time for other reasons,*Please make a reservation directly to accommodate missed meals.

If you miss breakfast, you can get a 1,500 yen discount if your accommodation is 15,000 yen or more, and a 10% discount if your accommodation is less than 15,000 yen.　
If you book a one-night plan with dinner and breakfast included through a reservation site such as Jalan or Rakuten, you will need to change to a direct reservation as cancellations and refunds for breakfast are not possible regardless of the reason.Please understand.

For parties of 7 or less, the cancellation fee is 100% if no notice is given on the day of use, 50% after 8pm the night before, and 20% from 3 days before until 8pm the night before.If there is a change in the number of people, the new applicable rate will apply.

For groups of 8 or more, the charge is 50% from the day before to 14 days (2 weeks) before, and 20% from 15 to 30 days before.
Regarding changes to group numbers, if the number of people decreases by 50% or more from the time of reservation between 30 days and 3 days prior to the date of use, the above cancellation fee will be applied.There is no cancellation fee for any other changes to the number of people.However, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for the number reduction on the previous day and 50% for the reduction on the day.
