Elementary school students are "70%" of the adult price.For children from 3 years old to preschool age, please make a reservation at 50% of the adult rate.
Dinner for children with 50% discount is a kids meal plate.

If you do not make a reservation at 50%, you will be charged a facility usage fee of 4400 yen.

There is no special preparation for 0 to 2 years old, but you can use it free of charge.
If you wish to add more, please order a futon of 2,200 yen, breakfast of 1,100 yen, a kids meal plate of 2,200 yen, and udon noodles of 880 yen for dinner.

Dinner will be served from 18:00 to 19:00.
We are very sorry, but due to the guidance of the public health center, we cannot serve dinner after 20:00.

"If you choose to forgo dinner, please note that there will be no refund. If you anticipate arriving late, we recommend booking a one-night stay with breakfast-only plan or similar when making your reservation.

If you do not need or cannot use breakfast due to early departure or change of breakfast time due to circumstances, please make a reservation for skipping meals by making a direct reservation.

If you miss breakfast, you can get a 1,500 yen discount if your accommodation is 15,000 yen or more, and a 10% discount if your accommodation is less than 15,000 yen.　
In the case of a package that includes dinner and breakfast for one night (reservations made via reservation sites such as Jalan and Rakuten), cancellations and refunds cannot be made regardless of the reason, so it is necessary to change to a direct reservation.Please understand.

For groups of 7 or less guests, if you do not contact us on the day of your stay, we will charge 100%, 50% after 20:00 on the previous day, and 20% from 3 days before until 20:00 on the previous day.

For groups of 8 or more people, the rate is 50% from the day before to 14 days (2 weeks) before the date of stay, and 20% from 15 days to 30 days before.
Regarding the change of the number of people, from 30 days before to 3 days before the date of use, if the number of people is reduced by 50% or more from the time of reservation, the above cancellation fee will be applied.No cancellation fee is required for other changes in the number of people.However, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for the number reduction on the previous day and 50% for the reduction on the day.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to traffic interruptions such as natural disasters.
